Huckleberry Hound arrives as a single figure, number 15 in the Animation line. The design is deliberately plain in the way older characters usually are — a soft blue hound, an unhurried pose, nothing shouting for attention. The paint stays flat and unshaded, and every edge on the sculpt is kept simple. Nothing here is trying to be a spectacle, and it does not compete with the busier sculpts in the catalogue.
It has been vaulted, so supply is whatever already exists. Put it next to newer Animation pieces and the contrast is obvious, because the flat paint and simple edges belong with the older sculpts. Buyers who came in through modern lines may find it too plain, and that is a fair verdict.
