This is the Gringotts dragon with Harry, Ron and Hermione riding it, and the sculpt has to fit a dragon and three riders into one object. Number 93 marks it out as part of the separate Rides sequence.
Because it's a larger piece, it behaves differently on a shelf. It wants to anchor a Harry Potter display rather than join a row — the dragon's spread makes it a natural centrepiece, with standard-size figures arranged around it.
