Oogie Boogie in Dice Cart stands alone here, number 09. The format matters — a figure seated in a cart is a different display object from a standing Pop!, and it takes up more shelf depth accordingly. The character choice is a strong one for the format, since the whole appeal of Oogie Boogie is the theatricality.
One figure. If your display is built on standing figures only, this will interrupt the rhythm; if you keep a row of vehicle pieces, it slots straight in. Either reaction is the correct one.
