Log in to reviewWallace, the cheese-loving inventor from Wallace & Gromit, gets a Pop! of his own here. The likeness leans on the obvious cues: the wide grin, the sweater vest, the slightly baffled posture. At 1744 he sits deep in the Animation run, which is a long one.
Claymation characters translate well to vinyl. The shapes are already exaggerated, so the sculpt does not have to reach for them. He stands fine on his own, and the base keeps him steady.
The box art is worth a look on its own. Nothing about the box needs managing beyond that.
Animation shelves tend to be crowded with big franchise names. A British stop-motion lead adds something different to that mix, and long-running characters like this one pick up fans across generations. The characters have been on screen for decades, and the fan base reflects that.
