The two are close enough that the cybernetic detailing is what settles it, and the sculpt leans into that rather than softening the design. If you already own the earlier version, that detailing is what tells you whether this is the piece you are after.
It sits at 203 in the Marvel sequence, with the rest of the Guardians group rather than in a Guardians-only branch.
