Different numbers mean different sculpts, so this isn't a duplicate — it's the same hero rendered twice, and the contrast is the reason to hold both.
Batman is the most-released character in the DC line, which makes a pair like this function as a small study rather than a set. Line them up and the differences in cowl shape, cape drape and stance become obvious, which is exactly what a two-figure grouping is good at showing.
