The finish carries the metallic look the character is known for, and the proportions stay true to the usual Pop! build, so it sits comfortably beside other Marvel pieces. The armour plating is the reason this version exists, and the sculpt makes that clear. Spider-Man variants are common enough that collectors end up choosing between them.
Choosing between Spider-Man versions usually comes down to the suit, and this one settles that question. For a Marvel shelf organised by character, Iron Spider covers a version of Peter Parker the plain suit does not.
